Analogue tachometer, which works through the alternator, so no external sensor needed !

Usually you have to dismount and open your alternator. 

Inside you will find the field coils.

From there you will find 3 wires, running to 2 banana shaped plates , these are the diode bridges + & -

On one of these 3 wires, coming out of the field coils, you solder a wire, which you let come out at the back of the alternator.

See the last picture, where it says "output". There you choose 1 of the 3 wires, and solder your extra wire.

Now you have made a "W" terminal yourself. 

This "W" terminal should be wired to the rev counter. 

If you can't do this yourself, go to a car electrician, e.g. a Bosch center, and they will be happy to do this for you.

The better garage owner can also do this. This is pretty fast to do all this, usually at max 30 min this is done.

When in doubt, contact us! 1x test when it is connected wrong = immediate defect!

The tachometer is delivered by us already adjusted. 

An adaptor to be able to mount this is supplied by us.

Tachometer can be illuminated, so that it is also visible during night driving.

The only disadvantage is, that when the engine is not loaded, so when you stand still, the rev counter indicates 200Tr wrong.

But as soon as you drive, the rev counter indicates everything perfectly!
